I have time just for a quick note about today.  We were REALLY busy!  

Some key terms were 4 square, commutative and evidence... see what your student remembers!

Hello! Welcome to 22 Superstars!

Welcome to 22Superstars!  This is our 4th grade class website.  Please bookmark us and check back often for class news and writing.  

My name is Tracy Pearson and I am the 4th grade teacher at Grand Isle.  Mrs. Kimball and Mr. C also work in our class.  We have a lot of interesting things to learn this year.  Our daily schedule will look something like this....

8-9:30  Math
9:30-9:45 Snack
9:45-10:30 Monday PE. Wednesday PE and Thursday Art.  On Tuesdays and Fridays we will have either science, social studies or writing.
10:35-11:20 Tuesday Art and Friday Music.  The rest of the days will be science, social studies, or writing.
11:25-12:30 Recess and Lunch
12:30-1:45 Language arts
1:45-2:20 Read Aloud

We will also have Library at 10:30 on Wednesdays. I hope to also schedule some computer lab time as well.

We will have a snack each day if you would like to send your child in with one.  

Everyday one student will be the Person of the Day (POD).  That child will be in charge of blogging and sharing problem solving, as well as making choices for the class on that day.
